Dear Yatri, Namaste. Thank you for choosing us for your Sonda - Nava Vrindavana Yatra. Kindly read these terms and conditions thoroughly before you make payment for the yatra. Once you are done with reading please fill up reservation form and submit. You seat(s) will be reserved once the payment is received at our end. By submitting the form you agree to our terms and conditions of the yatra given here.
Yatra Contribution includes : Up and down push back 2x2 bus A.C bus fare, Common shared accommodation at Hosapete, Tiffin during return journey on 29.03.2024.
3. Yatra contribution excludes: Auto Rickshaw/Cab , Special darshan or pooja, entry fees at monuments and any other things not quoted in the inclusions list.
4. Yatra group size : The size of the Yatra group is 32 members.
5. Seat Allocation : Seats will be provided on a first come first serve basis. Requests for change in the seat(s) are not entertained. Mutual exchange of seat with other passengers may be done solely on each other’s responsibility.
6. Payments: Seats are booked against Rs. 750/-advance. Please call 8762751470 for more details on payment.
7. Cancellation: There is no cancellation available for this yatra. However, seats may be transferred to others on your own discretion.
Yatra may be cancelled by vasudevayatra.in when the requirement of minimum number of yatris is not met. Such cancellation will be informed to booked yatris well in advance and 100% refunds are made.
8. Items to be carried :
- Photo Identity proof (Adhar/PAN/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport)
- Face Mask
- Hand Sanitizer
- A water bottle
- All necessary medicines
- A light bedding like shawl, an air pillow, and a soft mat
- Warm cloths
- A torch
9. General instructions :
- Yatris should not get down from the bus unless it is a stop for the rest room usage.
- Yatris should not leave the group and wander around individually.
- Yatris should board the bus at all the places at correct time. Delay in reporting time at yatra places is not entertained. Yatra will wait only for 10 mins of scheduled departures.
- Yatris should behave politely with fellow yatris. The yatra manager holds the rights of de boarding any yatri who does not follow yatra harmony.

- You agree to assume risks connected with the journey and agree to accept the terms and conditions of this yatra as described in this document. vasudevayatra.in is not responsible for any physical and mental damages or illness or loss of life caused by accident, unpredictable circumstances like Bandh, Rasta Roko, train or flight delay, all sorts of pandemic, all sorts of natural hazards and aspects beyond our control. You agree not to hold vasudevayatra.in, its agents and staff responsible for the above mentioned factors.
- Vasudevayatra.in puts honest efforts in extending its cooperation on humanitarian basis during any mishaps, however, no financial responsibility against such incidents are taken.
- Vasudevayatra.in can make changes in yatra schedule during inevitable circumstances.
- vasudevayatra.in is not responsible for yatris personal differences or disputes.
11. Special Note : Yatra may halt for security reasons during bad weather conditions. At such times yatris will have to bear extra expenditure for boarding and lodging for those effective days and applicable charges for return journey.
